Keep your documentation in proper condition, work with only reliable suppliers (preferably request an authorization letter to resell their products) and you will be on the safe side from such suspensions. IMPORTANT: To prevent such suspensions or to go through them faster, it helps to have “acceptable” invoices, with: the correct name of the product, quantity, covering the last 365 days of sales, description of the product (not just a photo), the website of your supplier, telephone number and e-mail address – otherwise your appeal might be again ignored, or even worse, rejected. DO NOT MAKE UP INVOICES OR CHANGE THEM IN ANY WAY! Your chances for reinstatement WITHOUT INVOICES are better than Amazon catching you with forged or manipulated ones. These type of complains can immediately deactivate your account. And these cases are more complicated because seller performance insists on a retraction from the rights holder, which leaves you at their mercy. It is still possible to prevail without a retraction, but only with a qualified appeal service.
